MISSIONS The ministry of supporting the work of the Gospel both at home and around the world, is a vital part of the ministry of McCarroll Bible Church. The church, though small by the standards of today's mega churches, supports 22 ministries and missionaries worldwide. MISSIONS COMMITTEE: The Missions Committee is composed of volunteers who meet monthly to pray for and oversee the missions ministry. Present member are Kristi Hackman, Vera Babers, Sharon Jarrett and Pastor Chuck Anderson. UGANDA CHURCH PLANTING MINISTRY: In 2006, Pastor Chuck Anderson took part in a two week church planting ministry near Mbole, Uganda, Africa.
After returning home, money was raised to build a ministry gazebo near the well that is at the new church plant in Kidengole. The purpose is to reach out to the hundreds of local people who come for water every day. In June, 2007, Pastor Chuck Anderson will be returning to Uganda to minister for a week at Kidengole. Pastor Dan Sidebottom will be joining him for this special outreach. Please join us in prayer that the Lord will provide the funds to make this trip plus purchase hundreds of Bibles to be distributed to those who made decisions for Christ in 2006.
NAVAJO OUTREACH: In the summer of 2006, Pastor Chuck and JoEllen, along with two other couples, traveled to Gallop, New Mexico to distribute gospel literature and copies of "Discovery News" to people attending the annual Indian Ceremonial. The response was wonderful as the team served ice cream and gave out the literature to over 2,000 in just a three day period. Another trip is planned for the summer of 2007. McCarroll youth may take part in this ministry along with conducting a week of Vacation Bible School in one of the Navajo communities! MISSIONARIES and MINISTRIES supported by McCarroll Bible Church:
